Case Description: For a long time, this patient was bothered by multiple issues from the contour of her neck to the blemishes on her skin. She felt that what she saw in the mirror did not represent her inner sense of vitality.  She has always been told that “it runs in the family.” She however decided to break the cycle and take matters in her own hands.   Lower face and necklift was performed to address and rejuvenate the neck and jawline.  This was complemented by laser resurfacing to address the stubborn wrinkles and solar injury to the skin. Rhinoplasty was performed to address the prominent dorsal hump as well to refine the nasal tip.  These multiple procedures synergistically function to offer a complete yet balanced rejuvenation of the face. This case was performed by Nick Bhatt, M.D., serving the Aiken/Augusta metro area (and beyond). Photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
