Age: 54

Case Description: This patient wished to undergo treatment of the heavy cheek bags (red arrows), in addition to the deflated appearance of the midface. In particular, cheek bags especially are very difficult to treat with conventional methods such as lower blepharoplasty, direct excision or laser resurfacing. In this case, implants were placed through small incisions in the mouth to both add volume and also camouflage the appearance of the bags while adding volume to the midface.
